  • Invitation design and ordering assistance, including help preparing and mailing the invitations provided by the couple. The couple supplies the guest list, addresses and postage.

Before your celebration

  • LeeTrueheart Events does not sell or provide alcohol. The couple is responsible for purchasing and delivering it.
  • The venue must approve alcohol service. Any required Virginia ABC license and insurance must be confirmed before service.
  • Specialty cocktails, premium mixers, glassware and extended service hours may cost extra.
  • Your final agreement will list the exact bar supplies and service hours included.

Your Catering Credit

We cover up to$1,200toward third-party catering

For Intimate and Signature micro weddings

LeeTrueheart Events covers up to $1,200 toward third-party catering with either micro-wedding package. You are responsible for any catering costs above that amount.

Our planning support includes catering-vendor coordination. We work with you to explore catering options based on your guest count, preferences and budget, then confirm the vendor, menu and pricing in your proposal.

Example: If catering costs $1,500, we cover $1,200 and you pay the remaining $300.

This included credit applies only to the Intimate and Signature micro-wedding packages. It is not included with either elopement package. Build Your Own catering allowances are separate selections.
